With a mission statement that says:
"Kentucky Music Hall of Fame & Museum honors Kentucky performers, songwriters, publishers, promoters, managers, broadcasters comedians and other music professionals who have made significant contributions to the music industry in Kentucky and around the world"


One might ask why a group of performers  that has been honored by the legislature  for a 50 year career ( one could call this significant )is not in said Kentucky Music Hall of Fame
